Our distribution kitchen barracks are well equipped, including dish maintenance facilities, food warmers, tray tracks, multipurpose ovens and display cabinets for refrigerated food.
Our models pay particular attention to winter conditions and the resulting special solutions. As an example, the food can be prepared using modern methods in the customer’s own central kitchen and then transported to the distribution kitchen, where the food is distributed and eaten in a canteen. Our distribution kitchen can also take care of dish maintenance. An approach suited exactly to the customer’s needs can be tailored from our collection.
